I am sad to hear about Qin's passing (I just found out today). I worked with her (Cindy) at Cadence. I remember her smile and warm, friendly conversation whenever we spoke. She always took time to talk to you.  I pray for comfort and strength for her family in the happy memories they have of Qin.
