The funeral service will be held at 10-11 AM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125. Visitation will be held at 9-10 AM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125 Burial will follow the funeral at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the arranger.

Marcus was born in San Jose, CA on May 19, 1951. He graduated from Edison High School.

Marcus was married to Mary on May 9, 1992; they were married 28 years.

Marcus worked as an electrical mechanical assembler for Northrop Grumman for 28 years. He enjoyed listening to a variety of music, old cars, riding a motorcycle when he had a chance, watching baseball, boxing, and his favorite team, The Raiders. He loved the most socializing and spending time with family.

Marcus is survived by his wife Mary, his children Marcus Jr., Andrea, and Melissa, his siblings Albert, Alfred, and Francine, his grandchildren Monique, Felisha, Marcus J., Alicia, James, Brandon, Dominick, Matthew, and Jacob, and his great grandchildren Audrey and Alonzo, and other family and friends.

Marcus is preceded in death by his father Albert, his mother Lula, his sister Rosemary and his daughter Debbie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Mary Gomez. The family of Marcus Gregory Gomez wishes to thank all our family and friends.
