Lou was my supervisor when I was working for General Electric from 1983-1989.  He was a very good lead, teacher and person. He loved his wife very much. He taught me well at work that helped me become more I’ve expected, and others expected, to be. He helped me bring out the best in me. He was very respectful and caring. He made sure that I was safe getting to my car when we had to work overtime before he’ll actually leave. He was like a father watching and teaching.  I’m very grateful for the short time I’ve known him. I never stopped praying for him whenever I remember him. Now he will know how much I’ve appreciated what he’s imparted in my life and in teaching others, and mostly being a good person. My husband and I offered the mass for him this morning ( it’s only this morning we learned of his death, 4/24/22).  I will offer more masses for him to thank God for the time. 

I worked with Carole for several years.  Although I had never met Lou in person before, I know he had to have been a wonderful person.  Carole spoke so highly of him and her heart was always full.  There was nothing these two did not do together.  They were always in alignment. 
Carole, Nikki and family, I want to express my deepest sympathy in Lou’s passing.  May he Rest In Peace, until you meet for eternity.  

Recently, I went to the house of Aunt Carole and Uncle Lou. It was so wonderful to see my Aunt and spend time catching up. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to be there. His home was his passion. Over the years I have watched the house transform into different versions of the first. His mind and eye for architecture, and design, can be seen in every inch of the home. I am so proud of him and appreciate how he made their house a safe haven for the family. I have so many fond memories of that home. So many family memories. He and Aunt Carole were always welcoming and made their home a place I will never forget in my life. From the time I was little to this very day, I will remember the memories I’ve had with Uncle Lou….he was the best, and will be sorely missed. Love you so much! 😢

Lou was a shining light and full of good humor.  We loved getting his "fun emails" during the pandemic and always loved his way of finding humor in what we were talking about at our gatherings.  we are sharing a photo of him in Mike's truck at a recent lunch.  It is very poetic for our saying good-bye.  We will reunite in Heaven.
