Joseph Manuel Arredondo died unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 outside his apartment complex in San Jose, California. Joseph was born the youngest of three children to Guadalupe Valdez Arredondo and Martha Garcia Arredondo. Joe was beloved in his community and known by everyone as a friend.
Joseph served this country in the United States Army from 1972 to 1977. While in the military, Joseph met his wife, Helga Elizabeth Nolte Arredondo, when he visited Germany. During their 40+ years marriage, Joe and Helga had two sons, Joey and Andrew. Those two sons meant everything to him.
Joe is survived by his wife, Helga, their two sons, Joey and Andrew, Joe's sister, Becky, Becky's husband, Neil, Joe's brother, Tony, and countless relatives and friends.
