Virginia Ann Lundberg

Virginia Ann Lundberg, age 95, passed away peacefully in her La Jolla home on March 8, 2019. She was born on April 19, 1923 in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Agnes and Charles J. Nock. She graduated from Marygrove College in 1945. On October 16, 1948 she married her beloved husband, Edward who preceded her in death in 2003. They lived in Berea, Ohio to raise a family of 10 children. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. Together they spent many years in Estes Park, Colorado before and after their retirement where they enjoyed the Rocky Mountains with their family. She is the loving mother of Jim (Ceil), Tom (Pat), Joan, Jack, Judy Melick (Mike), Mary Rose (Rob), Martha (David Cooper), Ann, Midge and Mark (deceased); dear grandmother of Jaime (Erik), Ed (Ashley), Kristin ((Dre), Jenny, Megan (Josh), Colleen (Branko), Thad, Sean (Trisha), Katie (Caleb), Cameron (Kate), Meredith (Marco), Jess, Grace, and Andrew; GiGi to 15 great-grandchildren; Aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is survived by her sister, Annabelle and Ron (deceased) Patton and brother, Charlie and Pat Nock and sister-in-law Rita and Bob (deceased) Lundberg. She is preceded in death by her sister-in-law Betty Cassidy(Ed).

Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 10 am at Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church in Estes Park, Colorado.
