Ho is survived by his wife, Pham Thanh Nga; his daughter Ivy Truong; his daughter Truong Pham Phuc Chuong; his daughter Truong Pham Thien Chuong; and his son Truong Tu Khoi.

Religious casketing will take place at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral service for Ho, on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. Following the funeral service will be a witness cremation from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Cypress View Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113.
