Guadalupe Cancino Sanchez was born on March 28, 1945 in Calexico California to Vicente and Placidad Cancino. She was the youngest of nine children. Lupe as we all knew her by, is survived by her children Francisco Sanchez Jr., Belinda Sanchez (daughter-in-law), John Edward Sanchez and Veronica Marie Malaga and Edson Malaga (son-in-law). She had nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and is survived by her siblings Vincent Cancino and spouse (Darlene), Julie Campa and Ofelia Archuleta. Lupe had many nieces and nephews whom she loved so much. She had a big heart, was kind, compassionate, always giving and will be truly missed by all.
A visitation for Guadalupe will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 2, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St Ritas Catholic Church, 5124 Churchward St, San Diego, CA 92114. A graveside service will occur Friday, December 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102.
