Gabriela Doina Niculescu, age 70, of San Diego, California passed away on Sunday May 17, 2020. Gabriela was born December 2, 1949 in Bucharest, Bucureşti, Romania to Polixenia Velicu and Mircea Velicu.

Gabriela is survived by her husband, Leon Scales; daughter Oana Niculescu; and son Jeremy Niculescu; sister Mihaela Trocan; aunt Silvia Dragusanu.

Gabriela was preceded in death by; father Mircea Velicu and mother Polixenia Velicu; brother Radu Velicu.
