She is preceded in death by her Loving Husband Rush Rowley and daughter Vickie Perry she is survived by daughter Carol Rowley, grandchildren Robert Perry, Theodore Thomas and Jacqueline Thomas great-grandsons Bennett and Jackson Perry and granddaughters-in-law Leila Morgan and Yoli Thomas.
