He is survived by his wife Belen, daughter Grace & her husband Rich, grandsons Chad & Sean. Eduardo was the eldest of 6 children. He has 2 living members/sisters left, Nena and Lety.
After a long battle with lung cancer he succumbed to the disease on July 4th, 2022 @ 7:39 am. His wife and children kept him safe and as comfortable as he could be with the help of hospice at home.
My Dad was a proud farm boy from Santiago Isabella Philippines. Eduardo was a graduate of La Salette H.S. Soon after he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from University of the East in Manila,Philippines. He joined the U.S Navy and was last stationed on the USS Constellation CV-64 at the Coronado Naval Base. After retiring in 1986, he lived in Poway with his wife Belen of 57 years. He loved to travel, watch sports, play mahjong, watch movies, bowling and of course he loved to eat. Ed loved his community too. He was an active member and officer of various organizations such as Fil-am San Diego North County and Knights of Columbus San Diego. He participated wholeheartedly and enjoyed every event that he was assigned to help with. He also cherished the friendships that he had made throughout the years. He will be greatly missed by all.

A private Interment will be on August 18, 2022 @ Miramar for Family Members Only.
Hospitality Room will be available. Pancit, lumpia & other refreshments will be provide,but feel free to bring something (optional).
