served Jehovah for over 35 years. Cesario originally came to San Diego in 1958, when he joined the U.S. Navy and entered NTC for basic training eventually qualifying to be a part of the submarine fleet because only those physically, mentally and psychologically stable could be a part of that service. In 1964 he was able to bring his family from the Philippines to join him, Elsa, Peter, and Cesar, soon Esther and Randy would be born here in San Diego. His family expanded to include three daughter in laws, Cathy, Kyoko, Janea, and one son in law, Rashawn, four grandsons Ryan, PJ, Toshiki, Keaton, and two granddaughters, Reina, Marina.
Cesario was first introduced to the truth through the loving efforts of Elsa, his wife of 56 years. She would strategically leave the magazines where she knew he spent most of his alone time; the restroom. He would casually read articles in the Watchtower and Awake during those times which sparked his interest over time. He dedicated his life to Jehovah in July 1979. Although his wife had already dedicated her life 5 years earlier, his example opened the door for the rest of his children to learn the truth.
Cesario served as an elder for many years and regular pioneer for 25 years in the Mira Mesa Tagalog congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a devoted servant of Jehovah, and a loyal father.
He loved all the brothers and sisters he met in all the congregations he attended.
