Where does someone begin with all the great memories and best times hanging out. From the fire house museum, hanging out at the annual toy drive, to the gym talking more then working out. Even though we did not work from the same department you will be missed by all from the San Diego Fire Museum and department. You will always be with us bubba. 

This world has lost a great soul. It's absolutely apparent he made a huge impact on every life he made contact with. Such an amazing person, father, and friend. 
I will cherish the decades of memories I hold, the fun times during our annual camping trips, and all your solid advice you gave me.

I first want to say condolences to the family, me and Brian have been friends all threw high school and still where very good friends to this day. Our kids have been good friends also since they where little from going to Mother goose Parade and losing my son Adrian and Brian found him, to going trick or treating together for years for Halloween, he has always been a friend that I could call and vent to and give me good advice back and his sarcasm Brian way, he was always trying to hug and cuddle with you and if you no Brian you no what I mean. I LOVE YOU Brian you will always be with me in my heart, I will forever look out after the kids, until we see each other again, you where one of the realist friends I have tell everyone up there in heaven thank you for looking over me and the family.

I want to 1st Thank GOD for creating such an incredible man!! I’m truly blessed to have been able to have had my friendship with Brian for as long as I did. 

2nd I want to Thank his  parents who raised such a Beautiful human being. You did a phenomenal job! The times I spent with your family were always some of the best for me.

And of course I want to Thank you Brian. We met in the 90’s and our friendship carried over 2 decades. You have always been the life and love of the party. Your infectious smile and humor made being around you the absolute best fun. We had some incredible times at the bars- house parties- BBQ’s and beaches-I still remember my first Grunion run with you, Luis and the kids. You had an amazing gift of living life to it’s absolute fullest- I don’t recall ever seeing you take life for granted. Regardless if you had a tough day you always knew how to turn a frown upside down.  You were always so optimistic and made the best out of every situation. I’m so happy I was able to see you maneuver Fatherhood and get your dream job as  a Firefighter. I’m going to miss all the laughter and of course your dancing!! Just know you touched so many lives-  You fulfilled your purpose here on earth. You gave love- you showed Love because your were Love. I’m not going to say goodbye because you will continue to live on in your children!! Love you Brother!!

Remember that night at my house when Michelle ran into the sliding glass door and we all lost it? 😂 I think you re-enacted that scene about 10 times and we laughed all night.  You always made everyone around you laugh every time you were around. When we first met at Poway High, you came in like a bad ass and a bad ass you were! You made such an impression on everyone you met.  You did that your whole life and have impacted so many of us. What a life you led and you will not be forgotten! Your parents should be proud of the man they raised! Love you! I will miss you friend.

I only saw today that your dearest Brian had passed away. I want to wish you all my deepest condolences for your loss. No child should pass away before their parents. I will always cherish the all too brief time I enjoyed spending with Brian. He was so full of joy and life and knew his priority was to be close to his family and loved ones. It is obvious he left and trail of memories and positive experiences in his wake and had so many people that cherished their brief time with him. May you celebrate your wonderful memories of Brian and cherish the children and grandchildren he left for you to love.

Brian man where does somebody begin when remembering what an Absolute Great personality you blessed us with.  Everytime you were around I would v line straight to you because your positivity was so contagious. I was flying through the clouds and could hear your voice saying to me “It’s Ok Bubba”. It will be because I was fortunate in this life to have you as a friend and for that I am forever grateful to you and your family.  The Brian Parrish stories will be forever told. You are a True Legend my brother until we meet again. Love you man

I have so many great memories of Brian. We first met back in high school when he was new to Poway High. He instantly fit right in and got along with everyone.  I will always remember him for his confidence, his sense of humor and how he was able to make any situation more fun when he was there. Always the life of the party and a genuinely good person .Brian impacted so many lives and he definitely impacted mine. I feel so lucky and grateful to have known you Brian. You will be missed dearly  but never forgotten. Thank you for all the wonderful memories.

Man Brian,  I swear the night before you past away, I was watching a movie and this character walked into the room dancing and smiling at his friends, and it reminded me so much of you! I even told Char that reminds me of Brian! How you could light up a room with your dance moves and and affectionate towards all! I have so many good memories with you my friend throughout our friendship since middle school but some of the last few were the best ones! I love and miss you my friend. 


I am so sorry for your loss.  Brian was such a wonderful son, father, brother and  a real Parrish with the  qualities that  make them above and beyond the norm. My sweet, loving, exceptionally smart, funny, handsome, thoughtful cousin Brian. I will always remember Brian as a toddler with his great dance moves and especially the belly dancing with his dad. The belly dance moves were the cutest thing in life. Brian amazed everyone as far back as I can remember. When he was little, he would look directly in your eyes and stun you with the most intelligent and thoughtful conversation. In this way, he never changed. He always made sincere efforts to connect in the most natural human way,  with a big warm smile. It’s no wonder he touched so many lives. It was clear that Brian cared about family deeply. I always admired the bond he had with his family, parents, siblings and his own kids.  He showed so much pride as a father. My heart goes out to all of you. I wish you the most strength to navigate such a sad loss. I believe my mom is comforting him up above.  May the strength and depth of love in your family help you through this time.
