Arthur Daniel Montoya 58, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 in San Diego California. Born in San Diego on April 25, 1954. He retired from North Island in June, of 2011. He is survived by his father Art, mother Marcella, sister Anita, (husband Don Chateau), Sister Christine, five nieces and nephews and seven grand nieces and nephews.
