Arsenio Yumena Dominguez

Arsenio "Senyong/Sonny" Yumena Dominguez, age 70, of San Diego, California passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 with his wife and eldest son by his side. Arsenio was born December 15, 1951 in Philippines.

Arsenio is survived by his wife, Ma. Teresa T. Dominguez; his children Noel T. Dominguez (Leslie) and Alan T. Dominguez; his grandchild, Leon Dominguez; his siblings, Fredeswinda D. Ramos (Teodolo), Ricardo Y. Dominguez (Estrellita), Santiago Y. Dominguez (Nenita) and Adoracion D. Malixi (Ricardo). He is preceeded in death by his parents, Bienvenido & Maximina Dominguez; his sister, Lorenza D. Manabat and brother Francisco Dominguez.

Arsenio was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed ensuring his family was well taken care of. Arsenio was a selfless being, always ensuring everyone else was able to achieve their best. He was humble and found pleasure in the accomplishments of others; courageous in accepting risk to benefit others that he cared for; respectful in treating others with dignity and civility, even when he disagreed with them; generous with his time and talent, always sacrificing for the good of others; trusting and always expecting the best out of everyone; and caring for everyone that crossed his path.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20 and Thursday, July 21 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at the El Camino Memorial (5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego). Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 22 at 10:00 am at Good Shepard Catholic Church (8200 Gold Coast Drive, San Diego) with burial service immediately following Mass at El Camino Memorial.
