Walter Albert “Fr. Mike” Mushalla was called home to be with the Lord on February 12, 2012 at the age of 84. He is preceded in death by his wife Antonia Mushalla and daughter Olga Lucero. Mr. Mushalla was survived by his children; Stella Lopez, Virginia Lex, Consuelo Martinez, Robert Martinez (Becky), Eva Martinez, siblings Mildred Plunkett, Joseph Mushalla Jr. (Terry) , 16 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews . Visitation will begin Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Everyone is to meet at St. Mary Catholic Church, 19711 North Dixon, Somerset, Texas on Friday, February 17, 2012 for a mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Mary Cemetery in Somerset, Texas.
