She was preceded in death by her mother, Victoria Hernandez.
She is survived by her father, Anselmo Hernandez; beloved husband, Gerardo Duran Jr.; children, Gerardo Lorenzo Duran, Victoria Lara (Ruben), Rebekah Duran; granddaughter, Ruby Lara and grandson on the way; siblings, Ann Marie Estrada and Timothy Hernandez.
Gina was a woman of great faith and was devoted to her church, Southside Church of God. She would spread the word of God and invite people to the church. She enjoyed giving back to her community and volunteering her time at the local Salvation Army Food Drives.
A visitation will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Southside Church of God, 406 Boswell, 78214 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Friday, May 28, 2021 a funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Southside Church of God with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
