Tony Van Phan, 48 years old, of Houston passed away on October 2, 2024, in San Antonio.
Tony was born in Columbus, MS to Mike L. Phan and Dau T. Le on November 27, 1975. He went to school at Galveston, Ball High School. He worked as a carpenter as a sole proprietor.
Tony is preceded in death by Dau T. Le and Mark D. Estrada.
Tony is survived by father, Mike Phan, sisters Hana Van and Mary Estrada, nephews Steven Van, Brian Van, Matthew Estrada, Michael Estrada, and 2nd mother, Sara Zambon.
