It has been a while since Susie passed and I still cant believe it. I wanted to say that it was a pleasure knowing Susie. She was always so kind. I met her at St Johns UMC. Everyone loved her. Including me. She wasnt a outspoken person but when it came to singing she would sing with all she had. She loved to sing. Now the angel choir in heaven has a new star member! It was my honor and privilege to know her & be her friend. My love & prayers are with the family. You all now have a special guardian angel.  Love, Bryna Hathaway

Our  Condolence to the Reyes and Almanza Family.  I remember my Cousin Susie as a Loving Caring Beautiful Person when we use to attend Church.  Also our Christmas Programs and Bible School and our Wonderful Summer picnics.  She was a beautiful person inside and out.  God Bless her and her Family the Reyes and  the Almanza.  You are in Our Prayers.

My sister Susie was more than just a sister she was our friend and a mom , she loved us unconditionally.  She was always there with a listening ear, and she always had our backs. She had the greatest sense of humor even on those last days.  I will forever remember her for the love she gave us and how unselfishly she took care of us. I love you my dear sister thank you for all the laughs we had!! You will forever remain in my heart!!

My beautiful Aunt Susie, you will be so missed. You took care of us always and acted as a second mom to us Fuentes kids. There are too many memories but my favorites are Christmas carols around the piano, church, and Christmas cantatas. We will miss you deeply and love you forever.

My sincere condolences to the Almanza and Reyes family.  My cousin Susie was beautiful and sweet inside and out.  I have fond memories of her coming out to Dallas to support  my daughter when she graduated  from dental school, we had such fun at the dinner party. plus she always welcomed my family into her home and made us the best Chicken Mole ever.  I will forever cherish the great memories and have a special  place in my heart for her.  I know her family will miss her dearly, but I hope you find peace and comfort knowing she is now resting and rejoicing in the arm of our Lord.  Until we meet again, may you rest in peace my beautiful cousin.  I love you and will miss you.

I offer the Reyes, Almanza family my heartfelt condolences. Susie was so much more than a cousin, she was a role model, a teacher, a warm caring heart that shared kindness. My life is filled with sweet memories of  Susie, from church, to choir, to picnics, sleepovers, vacation bible school, the list goes on and on. I will forever treasure our last visit together and find peace in knowing that the heavens have a new angel and I was blessed to call her family.

I remember Susie as always carrying herself with  respect and  such elegance. She welcomed us into her home and made us feel special.   I remember her swimming pool so cool.  I didn’t know anyone with a pool but my cousin had a pool!  Her sweet laughter is what I remember the most.  She loved us all!  Rip forever with the Angels !  Love you Sandra from Lubbock !

I’m overwhelmed with sadness at the loss of your sister Susie. I know what she meant to all her family, I have the fondest memories of years past, growing up in our little church, Christmas programs and picnics. Singing in the choir at PDP and helping at the bar-barbecues, Mother/Daughter banquets.  Most of all hearing my sons Sam and Daniel remembering her as their Sunday School and how much they learned. Farewell dear friend, I know you are resting in the Lord’s arms. 🙏Minnie
