My deepest condolences to Carlos, Kristen, Mia and Anthony.  Although we only met a few times at family events, she always has a kind word and a beautiful smile. I know she will be deeply missed. Hugs to you all.

Sonia was my sister-in-law and a wonderful friend. She was kind, generous, thoughtful and faithful to all who were blessed to know her. Her devotion to her family, friends and Catholic faith is what defined her and set her apart. She, as St Paul said, fought the good fight, finished the race, kept the faith. Sonia the first time we met we were band parents in high school..  I was drawn to you immediately and we had some great and fun times while working with the kids and just having some wonderful conversations while waiting for the boys to be done. Sonia, was my sister in law.  She was a kind, caring and loving person.  Someone who was always willing to help others.  I will never forget her beautiful smile and laugh that was contagious!  All of my children adored her because she always made sure they knew they were welcome in her home any time and would listen to them and give them wonderful advice.  My husband, her brother is devastated as we all are at her loss.  He had grown to love and appreciate her even more as an adult!  He said, "Sonia is one of a kind."  Our entire family will miss Sonia.  We were blessed to have her in our lives!
