Simon P. Garcia

Simon P. Garcia, was born on November 2, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas. He was called to be with the Lord on February 21, 2022, he was 79 years old. He was a devoted Catholic, he did his best to attend church regularly and stopped when he could not walk because of his leg problem. When he graduated High School he joined the Army but was released with a medical disability under an Honorable discharge. He was a hardworking man, he worked 26 years at an eye glass company including 2 Bases, programming information.

He is preceded in death by his parents Simon and Maria Garcia; sisters, Lucia Arochi, Susie Ramirez Donnell. He is survived by his brother, Rudolfo Garcia; sister, Silvia Estrada along with six nephews and seven nieces. Simon will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The Visitation will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 5:00pm-9:00pm with the Holy Rosary recited at 7:00pm at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, Tx 78227. On Friday, March 11, 2022, our doors will open at 8:30a.m. The Chapel Service will be conducted at 10:00am, Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, Tx 78227. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II Mausoleum, 746 Castroville Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78237.
