Mr. Perez, 60 entered into eternal rest on July 16, 2023, in San Antonio, TX. Mr. Perez is preceded in death by his father, Santana Perez Sr.; grandparents, Eniquerta and Santiago Peres, Maria and Jose Cadena; cousins, Martin Cadena Jr. and Ruben Mendoza Jr. He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Cadena; ex-wife, Deanna Moore; son, Santana Perez III; daughter, Stephanie L. Perez; grandchildren, Desmond M Perez, Layla Perez, Logan Perez; brothers Rudy (Audrey) Perez, David (Yvonne) Perez, Alejandro Perez, Jesus C. Perez, and Eric Cadena. Santana will be truly missed by family and friends.

A visitation for Santana will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A rosary service will occur Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 9:30 AM at San Juan de Los Lagos Shrine, 3231 El Paso Street, San Antonio, Texas 78207. An interment will occur Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas 78209.
