Robert Edward Goodrich went to be with the Lord on November 7, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on November 14, 1942 in San Benito, TX to Lawrence Edward Goodrich and Isabelle Victoria Beiberstein Goodrich. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy and obtained an Associates Degree from San Antonio College. Robert enjoyed dancing, fishing and spending time with his family. His favorite hobby and pastime was working on his Ford Mustang. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Robert was preceded on death by his parents; and his beloved wife, Martha. He is survived by his son, Kenneth Goodrich; daughter, Beverle Jane Goodrich Reynolds (Allen); granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Reynolds and Becca Nate; sister, Maryann Poindexter (Clayton); brother, Don Goodrich (Pat).
SERVICES
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 from 6pm-9pm at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 8:30am at the funeral home chapel, with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Humane Society.
