Robert Lee Daniels

Robert Daniels, 84 of San Antonio, Tx was called home on 6 May 2023. He was born in Brunswick, GA on 6 May 2023. Robert graduated from Risley High School and received an Associate in Arts from Monterrey Peninsula College.

He was married to Jacquelyn Gant on July 7, 1967. Robert joined the Army, was a Vietnam veteran; and had a 24 year career as a Medic. After retiring from the Army, Robert went to work at the post office as his second career.

He had a passion for travel and visiting family and friends. He was also very involved in his kids and grandkids sporting events, dance recitals and graduations attending as many as he could.

He is survived by son Reggie, daughter in-law Dalinda, grandkids Trevor and Leah; Daughter Katrenia, grandkids John and Ericka, great grandchildren Naijah, Destiny and Dastiny. Brother Henry and several cousins.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on May 24th, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 pm on May 25th, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 pm at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
