Ramon Lopez, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, entered rest on January 16, 2012 at the age of 73. Ramon was a native of San Antonio, born on August 31, 1938. Mr. Lopez honorably served his country in the U.S. Army, retiring after 20 years. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Eloisa D. Lopez; sons, Norman Lopez, Jesus Lopez and wife Inez; daughter, Graze Lopez; grandchildren: Justin Diego Blu, Emily Nicole, Steven Ray, Liana Mia, Patrick James, and Christina Renee; sisters, Pauline Lopez and Emma Preciado. The family will receive friends at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 8:30 a.m., Monday, January 30, 2012 to celebrate a 9:00 a.m. Mass at St. Jude’s Catholic Church.
