Ramiro Peña, 67, went to be with his Lord on September 6, 2017. Ramiro was born February 24, 1950 to Narciso A. Peña and Jovita Garza, in Laredo Texas. He was a great father of three children who dedicated his life to being the rock of the family, and who was a fighter till the end. “Take care of each other” is what he is remembered for saying. Ramiro is survived by his sons: Adam Peña, Chris Peña and wife Adrienne, and daughter: Denise Peña; grandchildren Adam Garcia-Peña, Abram Peña, Lillianna Peña, Julianna Peña, Chris Peña Jr., Melody Peña, Rosasharon Peña, and Isaiah Peña.
The Peña family will receive family and friends at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers 515 N. Main Ave. on Monday September 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday September 12, 2017, with interment at Sunset Memorial Park.
