Phillip A. Riddle 73, passed away Monday, May 2, 2022 in the comfort of his own home after a brief battle with bladder cancer. Phillip was born on June 23, 1948 in Tucumcari, New Mexico to parents Geraldine Higgins and Norris Riddle. He graduated from Lubbock High School, went on to serve 3 years in the US Army, and then graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He married Debra Welch in January 1975 and retired from Verizon in 2011.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Heather Riddle. He was preceded in death by his loving Wife of 42 years Debra Riddle.
Visitation will take place Friday May 6th at 5:00 pm at the Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78238. Memorial Service to follow at 6:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in his name to the Wounded Warriors Project, the American Cancer Society, or any charity of your choice.
