Patricio G. Reyna passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the age of 83 in San Antonio, TX. He is survived by his wife Teresa of 60 years, daughter Patricia (Mike), sons Patrick, Michael (Ryta), Rene (Brandi), Thomas, James (Amy), 9 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Mr. Reyna is a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force having served more than 25 years. He is preceded in death by his parents Maria de Jesus and Concepcion, son Roger and brothers Concepcion, Jr. and Alfredo.
Patricio’s favorite past time was fishing in Rockport where he and his wife traveled frequently after retirement with their grandsons to share his passion. He also enjoyed working with wood, had a tool for everything and loved fixing things. He was a firm believer in completing and pursuing a higher education knowing that it would make life better for his children and took pride in all their accomplishments. But most of all he loved his family with a deep passion which will be his legacy.
A viewing will begin at 5PM on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Treviño Funeral Home (226 Cupples Rd.) with a rosary at 7PM. A funeral mass will be held at noon on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at San Juan De Los Lagos Catholic Church (3231 E Paso St.) followed by a procession to Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
