Owen Thomas Prillaman

Owen Thomas Prillaman was born on December 21, 1950 in Martinsville, Virginia. He graduated from Bassett High School in 1969 and attended Danville Community College. He moved to South Florida in 1971. On May 19, 1973 Tom married Gay Allyson Graft. In 1975 he graduated from Control Data Institute and went to work for NCR. He worked for NCR for the next 32 years.

Tom is survived by his wife, Gay and his three wonderful children: Stuart Thomas Prillaman (Ashley), Ross Owen Prillaman (Amanda) and Brittany Prillaman Denton (Patrick). He is also survived by three grand children, Allyson Belle Denton, Katrina Ariel Denton and Bexar Thomas Prillaman.

Tom is survived by his mother, Francis Hancock Prillaman, his brother Herman Nick Prillaman (Dorothy), his sister Diana Prillaman Adams, sister Paula Prillaman Kennedy (Rick) and numerous nieces and nephew. He is preceded in death by his father, Herman Nick Prillaman Sr.

Tom really enjoyed life. He loved to attend concerts, plays, and art shows. He excelled at planning road trips with many interesting stops and side trips. The thing that pleased him the most was that his children and grandchildren really enjoyed spending time with him.
