Orville Tschirhart

Orville Tschirhart, age 86, passed away March 30, 2023 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on March 11, 1937 to Thomas & Pauline Tschirhart in Castroville, TX. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.

During retirement, Mr. Tschirhart enjoyed tutoring children in reading and volunteering at the San Antonio Zoo. He also loved woodworking in his shop.

He was preceded in death by his son, Randy Tschirhart.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Jean R. Tschirhart; daughter, Cindy Friedrich & her husband, Will; 4 grandchildren, Payton Adams, Sam Adams, Emily Friedrich and Claire Friedrich; numerous other caring family members and friends.

The Graveside Service will be 12 noon, Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Park.
