Olga M. Mandujano born February 27, 1943 was granted her angel wings on May 16, 2017 at the age of 74. Her final days were spent surrounded by her beloved family she had been devoted to throughout her beautiful life.
Those who were touched by her understood the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time she was in their lives. She was a selfless loving wife to her husband of 53 years and nurturing mother to her sons and daughters. She cherished being around her family and grandchildren. Her devotion to them was truly remarkable. The legacy she leaves behind is one of compassion, generosity, and kindness. Her gentle smile along with her caring nature brought so much warmth to everyone’s lives. She will be eternally loved and greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She will live on through her beloved husband of 53 years, Staff Sergeant (Retired) Alfonso Mandujano, Sr., daughters, Emily Ortiz Alvarez, Elva Mandujano Machado, sons, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Alfonso Mandujano, Jr., Captain (Retired) Tony Mandujano, Sr., nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four sisters, two brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held Monday, May 22, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. San Antonio, TX. 78211 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. On Tuesday, May 23, 2017 a mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 9:00 a.m. she will be laid to rest at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10:45 a.m.
