Maximiliano Medina was born silent into this world on August 5, 2022, but his little life resonates eternally in the hearts of all those that lovingly awaited his arrival.

He is preceded in death by: his brother Baby James Medina III, Aunt Baby Lupita Ortiz, Grandmother Sylvia Ann Ramirez, Great-Grandparents Jose and Rita Ortiz, Great Grandfather Armando Cardenas, Great Grandparents Jose and Rebecca Ramirez, Great Grandmother Olivia Medina.

Baby Maximiliano will be remembered and loved by his parents James and Patricia Medina; sister, Adriana I. Medina; brother, Matthew A. Medina; grandparents, Anselmo and Leticia Ortiz, James Sr. and Diane Medina; and many loving Aunts, Uncles, Family, and Friends.

A visitation will begin on Wednesday August 17, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. with a prayer service to be held at 11:30am at Sunset Funeral Home at 1701 Austin Hwy San Antonio, Texas 78218. Funeral services to follow at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
