Mary Louise Rios; beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, entered eternal rest on July 10, 2015 at the age of 87. Born to Faustino and Carolina Flores in Eagle Pass, TX on November 11, 1927; she now reunites with her parents and sister, Carmen Sanchez. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Antonio Rios; daughter, Antoinette and husband Frederick C. Moore; sister, Velia Vega; brother, Faustino S. Flores Jr.; grandchildren: Frederick C. Moore Jr., Jennifer Lindsay Ortiz, Christian J. Moore; great-grandchildren: Nikolas Anthony Ortiz, Mia Juliana Ortiz, Ari Julio Ortiz, Zenobia C. Moore; and numerous other relatives. Mary was a strong woman of faith and was devoted to her rich Christian values. She was a kind hearted and loving woman who enjoyed praise and worship (How Great Thou Art), her bible, and being an avid prayer warrior. She gracefully gave to those in need, but most of her income was dedicated to helping charities that benefited children. It warmed her heart to receive letters of children she had touched the lives of, and they were always in her prayers. She definitely had a creative side and was crafty with her hands. Although it’s not common, Mary Louise kept a journal that has now become a treasured keepsake to her dear family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. The family will be receiving guests at the funeral on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. For online tributes, visit www.funerariadelangelroyakers.com
