Mary L Presas

Mary L. Presas born on December 27, 1918 in Piedras Negras, Mexico went to be with the Lord on December 14, 2013 at the age of 94. She was a woman of faith and charter member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Mrs. Presas was in the first graduating class of Edgewood High School in 1937 and a life time member of the Parents and Teachers Association. She was a comptroller for the Good Samaritan Center for 25 years, a member of the Board of Trustees at Bethel United Methodist and member of United Methodist Women. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Presas and grandson, Bartolo Cabriales. She is survived by her daughters, Maria Cabriales (Benito), Louise Robles (Roland), Linda Cantu (Joe) and LouAnn Presas; 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren; brother, George Luderus; sisters, Emma Presas and Genevieve Cox; also, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. A. funeral procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 9:30a.m. for a 10:00a.m. Service at Bethel United Methodist Church, 227 S. Acme, San Antonio, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in St. John Lutheran Cemetery.
