Mother and I were so sad to hear of Mary Lou's passing.  We loved your Mother very much.  Mother recalls her first months in Texas when Mary Lou served as their tour guide.  She said that Mary Lou knew every inch of San Antonio, and as a little girl, would sit in the back seat and direct my Daddy to every mission and tourist spot in San Antonio.  We have many fond memories of your family, especially your Mother and Grandmother. Cherish the memories!

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your Mom.  My heart goes out to you and your family at this time.  It will be a huge loss for all of you. I remember that you spoke highly of her and I can see why. I know that she was very good in helping with Ed(my Dad) and that means a lot to me.  She is a special woman who obviously is loved by many. I love this site for Nina & all her great memories she had in life! I loved my aunt / godmother, she was always there for us when we were small & always took care of my grandma. she will be missed dearly. Susie, Patsy & LIzzie, she loved you girls with all her heart & adored al her grandkids. Your prayers are always with me & i wish you the best.
I will always cherish the memories of my Nina & riding my 44D bike down the hill, i had so much fun. I love this site for Nina!!  i just wish i could have had some pics w/ her...I loved her as a great aunt & a sweet godmother. She was always there me me & my sis + my grandma, & we love her for that.
 I'm so sorry for your loss Susie, Lizzy & Patsy, she loved you girls & all the kiddos like no-one else loved them. I will miss her, so sorry i didn't get to say goodbye, but she knows i came to see her.

The loss of a mother, especially when you are as close to her as all of you were, is a loss that really cannot be described in words.  Know in your heart of hearts you did everything YOU could for her and were there for her when she needed you the most. 

Each day you will say "oh, I gotta remember to tell Mom", and that's OK, because that means she still lives within your heart!  May the memories of your Mom bring you peace at this difficult time and remind you that just like when she was here, there will be good days and bad days, and somehow you will get through them all.
