Maria Bertha Davila

Maria Bertha Davila, age 96, of San Antonio, Texas, went to be with the Lord on May 11, 2022. Maria Bertha Davila was born on April 15, 1926, in Villa Juarez Coahuila, Mexico, to Matilde R. Solis and Teresa Fernandez.

Maria Bertha was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who dedicated her life to her family. She was a unique and caring individual who touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 10 siblings, husband of 63 years, Carlos Davila and son Juan Carlos Davila.

She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren: Maria Del Rosario Davila (daughter) and her family, Jose Angel Davila (son) and his family, Oralia Davila (daughter in-law) and her family.

Maria Bertha will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Maria Bertha Davila will be held Monday, May 30, 2022, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave. San Antonio, Texas 78205.

A rosary service will occur Monday, May 30, 2022, at 7:00pm, 515 North Main Ave. San Antonio, Texas 78205.

A funeral mass will occur Tuesday May 31, 2022, at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2114 W. Houston St. San Antonio, Texas 78207.
