Lorraine Cecilia Seng Clark, age 93, passed away peacefully at home on October 24, 2017. Born In San Antonio to Stella and Eugene Seng. She is predeceased by her brother Gene Seng, husband Jessie Ray Clark Jr. and son Michael Edward Clark. She is survived by sisters Patsy Dealy of Houston, Peggy Rochelle of San Antonio, Texas and brother Ralph Seng of Columbia, Tennessee. She is also survived by children Linda Hill of San Antonio , David Clark of White House, Texas , Kathryn(Reene)Spahr of San Antonio and Patrick Clark of Plano, Texas. She has 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Lorraine worked in retail and was a consummate salesperson. When working at Walkers nursery in Midland, Texas it was said “that she could even sell tumbleweed in West Texas”. She was a long time employee of Scriveners store, in several departments but was best known as the gregarious cashier at the tearoom. She loved gardening, sewing, flower arranging, refinishing furniture and painting. She was adventurous and loved to travel. She enjoyed the large family gatherings at Easter and Meyer descendants mass at St. Joseph’s in downtown San Antonio. A visitation will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 06, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 07, 2017 at St. Helena’s Catholic Church with Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
