Larry A. Leyva, born on September 28, 1957 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with our Lord on September 30, 2016 at the age of 59. He is preceded in death by his father, Francisco C. Leyva. He is survived by his sons, Larry Leyva II and Rodney A. Leyva; mother, Mrs. Jacinta Bessie Leyva; siblings, Gilbert Leyva (Martina), Sylvia L. Gonzalez, Sammy Leyva (Norma), Daniel Leyva (Joy Ann) and Mary Helen Campos; also, numerous nieces and nephews. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home Friday, October 7, 2016 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Somerset, TX. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Somerset, TX.
