Justin Matthew Krawczynski of Coppell, Texas passed away at the age of 18 on March 25th, 2022. He died of sudden cardiac arrest caused by an asymptomatic COVID infection despite receiving three COVID vaccinations.
He was born on April 5, 2003 to Roxanna (Rivero) and Doug Krawczynski. He leaves behind his parents Roxanna and Doug, brother Connor, paternal grandparents Frances and Kenneth Krawczynski. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Mary Ruth and Jorge Rivero.
He attended Coppell High School where he was a member of the varsity golf team, graduating in 2021. He was a freshman at the University of Texas at San Antonio majoring in Cybersecurity and a member of the Honors College. He maintained a straight A average and made the University President’s List.
Justin had numerous talents and interests. He played the French Horn in the middle school Honor Winds and played the piano since age 8. His favorite piano song was River Flows in You by Yiruma which echoed through our home often. He even composed a piano piece of his own. He had a passion for exotic cars and his room was adorned with posters of his favorites.
He exercised rigorously and excelled at many sports including golf, baseball, fencing, speed skating (ice & rollerblade), ping pong with Uncle Tim, bowling with Dad, online PvP games with friends and darts with his brother. He loved coffee and when we got an espresso machine he quickly became an expert barista making exquisite latte art with each cup. There seemed to be nothing he couldn’t do if he put his mind to it.
He was the best son any parent could hope for and the most amazing brother ever. He was intelligent, athletic, compassionate, caring, giving, thoughtful, cheerful, friendly, positive and appreciative. He strived to be a great example to others and inspire them to be the best they could be. He will be deeply missed by all the lives he touched.
We miss you so much Justin! You will remain in our hearts forever.
Love,
Mom, Dad & Connor
