Julie Annette Watts-Brown

Julie was born October 10, 1963 in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. She was a graduate of James Madison High School and went on to have a successful career in the commercial insurance industry.

Julie is preceded in death by her parents, father, Alva Odell Watts, Jr., and mother, Donna Kay Watts. She is survived by her children, son, Carlton Brown and daughter Paige Brown (fiancé - Trent Davis), sister, Shelly Yant (James Yant), sister, Michele Munster (Bryan Munster), niece, Christina Watts, nephew, Anthony Scott, nephew, Derek Wise and niece, Marcie Scott.

She was loving, passionate, fun and always smiling. She had a way about her that made everyone feel welcome. Whether it was at work, hanging out with friends, or driving her children to all their many events. She was always there for people dropping anything for anyone she loved, and we will always miss her fun and silly spirit. Her legacy will live on through all who knew her.

A visitation will be held, Friday October 29th beginning at 5 pm, at Sunset Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held the following day, October 30th, beginning at 10am. Committal services will immediately follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
