Juanita V. Martinez went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2011 at the age of 76. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfredo Martinez; daughters, Norma and Judy; son, Roland “Lalo”. Ms. Martinez is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Fernando, Mario and Teresa, Hector and Mary Jane Diane, Ronnie and Debbie Martinez; daughter-in-law, Linda Martinez; sisters, Beatrice Valdez of Grand Rapids, MI and Rose Tello of Austin, TX; granddaughter Aileen Francine Mayorga and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, relatives and friends. Visitation will begin 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening at the funeral home. A procession will depart the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. mass at St. John the Evangelist. Interment to follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
