Jose Medina Jr.

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the death of Jose Medina Jr. of San Antonio, Texas who passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 58. He was a retired US Army Veteran and Pastor. He is survived by his Wife Lizbeth A Medina; 6 Children: Joshua, David, Elizabeth, Raul, Ezequiel and Briana; 8 Grandchildren: Marcus, Milani, Angel, Dyamanti, Bella, Servando, Giara and Olivia; Mother Kum S Medina; Brother Danny(Letty) Medina; 2 Sisters: Christy(John) Hutchinson and JoAnn Medina; Nieces/Nephews: Bryan, Kevin, Leslie, Kristy, Allison, AJ and Jade; his ever loyal and protector “Buddy Pal” Chihuahua. He is also survived by cousins, countless of other relatives and close friends. He was predeceased by his Father: Jose C Medina Sr.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 25th 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Sunset Funeral Home (1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 25th 2021 from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, October 25th 2021 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
