Joe enjoyed watching his westerns and was a huge sports fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs. In his younger years, he played the piano, as well as softball for several teams and was such a good pitcher, he was called the “Catfish” of softball. He would tell jokes and play his guitar at family gatherings and had everyone rolling with laughter. As he got older, he took on an easier sport and started playing pool with several different teams and was able to spend quality time with old and new friends in the sport. If anyone had issues at home or with their cars, there was Dad, “a jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”.
Family was very important to him. He visited with his grandchildren several times a week and enjoyed breakfast on Saturday mornings with his girls.
He will be deeply and forever missed.
