Jesus San Miguel Valdez born on October 16, 1919 went to be with the Lord on January 21, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents Desiderio & Antonia Valdez; beloved wife Concepcion Valdez; 12 brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. He is survived by his only daughter Lydia V. Alejos; 1 grandson Julian V. Alejos (Jessica); and 1 great grandchild Elena Xochitl Alejos. He proudly served in World War II as a U.S. Army Veteran. He also enjoyed socializing at the Nutrition Center. Jesus will be truly missed by family and friends. A visitation will be on Monday February 12, 2018 at 5pm with a rosary to be recited at 7pm at Trevino funeral home on 226 Cupples rd. On Tuesday February 13, 2018 a funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 11:15 am for a mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church at 11 45 am interment to follow at Fort Sam National Cemetery at 1:30pm.
