Jesus S. Jimenez

Jesus S. Jimenez, age 77 passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020. Jesus was born April 9, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas. He went to be with our heavenly Father after a long illness. Jesse was born to Rosalio P. Jimenez and Carolina S. Jimenez (both deceased) on April 9, 1943 in San Antonio Texas. He was married to the love of his life Dolores (Lola) Jimenez (Deceased) he is survived by his son Jesus "Chuy" Jimenez and granddaughters, Adrianna Granado (Spouse Carlos Granado), Eileen Ramirez (Spouse John Martin) and Angel Ramirez. With great grandchildren Nicholas, Tyler, Paisley, Jailene, John Ace and Sebastian. Jesse's siblings Rosalio, Cecil, Thomas, Luis, David and Katherine. Two Aunts and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jesse left at a young age to be a migrant worker up in Michigan.... Upon his return he worked at Casa Rio. Jesse was self-employed as a carpenter before joining the Missouri Pacific Railroad in 1970 (Union Pacific) where after 28 years he retired as a welder. Jesse and his wife were in a motorcycle club. After the death his wife in July of 2000 he pack his Harley, his dog "Daisy" and took off on the open road to Los Angeles, California...

His hobbies included boating, fishing, hunting, playing horseshoes, Chinese checkers, dominos and traveling.. Jesse's important things in life were working to provide for his family. Family and the Holidays were his favorite time of the year. He made the best turkey dressing and BBQ. Jesse lived a long and happy life. May the Perpetual Light Shine Upon Him. Rest in Peace.

A visitation for Jesus will be held Monday, November 9, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78205. A rosary service will occur Monday, November 9, 2020 at 7:00 PM, 515 North Main Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78205. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 12:30 PM at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 1710 Clower, San Antonio, Texas 78201. A committal service will occur Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Mission Burial Park South, 1700 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, Texas 78214.
