Jesse H. Vargas went to be with the Lord on June 21, 2013 at the age of 68. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillie Ruiz. Jesse is survived by his children Lisa Marie Vargas and Gilbert Hettler Vargas; step-father Roger Ruiz; siblings Rosa Linda Ruiz-Wise and Richard G. Carruth; grandchildren, Cody Alexander Crisp, Michael Antonio Vargas Bazan, Marissa Danielle Vargas and Gilbert Hettler Vargas II; 4 great grandchildren
