Jane Guleke Reser passed away January 28, 2013 at the age of 92. She was born in Amarillo and graduated as valedictorian from high school. She attended Randolph Macon and The University of Texas in Austin where she graduated with a double major in psychology and sociology. She met her beloved husband Ralph at The University of Texas in Austin and were married for 69 wonderful years. Jane loved art, music, antiques and ranching. Coming from a pioneer Texas family she leaves a legacy of love to her children and grandchildren.
Jane is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph; her parents Agnes and James O. Guleke; sister, Margaret Guleke Ware; and grandson, Robert B. Test. She is survived by her children and their spouses Ralph and Dianne Reser, Helen and Don Test and Charles and Beth Reser; grandchildren, Kristen and Sam Shannon, Catherine Reser, Michael Reser, Richard Test and Matthew Reser; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Graham and Harrison Shannon.
Services will be at 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
