Irma was born in April of 1952, to her parents Salvador Cerda and Armandina P. Cerda.
She is preceded in death by her father, Salvador Cerda and her cousin, Peggy Moore.
Irma is survived by her husband, Tony De La Cruz; her mother, Armandina P. Cerda; her brothers, Roland (Irma) Cerda, Henry (Gean) Cerda, Andy Cerda, and Tommy (Irene) Cerda; her step-daughters, Grace (Charles) Cowey and Deborah (Joel) Woods; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Irma had a heart of gold and will always be remembered for the loving, caring woman that she was. She will live on in the hearts of those that she loved forever.

A visitation for Irma will be held Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211 with a rosary being recited at 7:00PM.
A mass will be celebrated Friday, September 1, 2023 at 1:30 PM at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 1918 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211. Interment to follow at First Memorial Park, 20567 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073.
