Francisco G. Martinez was called home to be with the Lord on July 30, 2011 at the age of 81. He is preceded in death by parents Jesus & Benita Martinez and former wife Reyes Q. Martinez. Mr. Martinez is survived by his children Gloria Longoria(Jim), Carlos Martinez(Tammy), Sylvia Taylor, Benita , Margie Contreras (Elias), Virginia Zuniga (Richard), Francisco Martinez Jr. (Raquel), Leticia Vazquez (Edmundo), siblings Jose G. Martinez, Juan G. Martinez, HIlario Martinez, Manuela Portillo, Juanita M. Silvas, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will begin Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A Chapel Service will be conducted Friday, August 5, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. in funeral home chapel.
