Frances R. Giles went to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 1, 2011 in San Antonio, TX. She was born in Knippa, TX to Carl A. & Louise A.(Beyer)Ramm. She worked for civil service at Brooks AFB and retired after 32 years. Frances was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billy G. Giles; sisters, Mildred Weynand and Beatrice Page. Surviving are her children, Mark Giles and wife, Yvonne, Deborah Clark and husband, Brad, Denise Bilderback; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; and numerous nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at MacArthur Park Lutheran Church, 2903 Nacogdoches Rd. 78218. Interment will be at Mission Burial Park South. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
