Estela M. Luna passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at the age of 89. Born on May 26, 1932, she is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro Martinez and Nicolasa De La Cruz Martinez; her beloved husband, Lorenzo Luna Jr.; and her daughter, Patricia Luna Gutierrez.
Estela is survived by her children, Richard Luna (Doris), Barbara Herrera and Greg Luna; her grandchildren, Brandon Luna, Eduardo Herrera, Bernie Castillo, Yasmine Gutierrez and Patrick Luna; her sister, Irma Martinez; and her extended family and friends who loved her and will miss her greatly.
Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the Visitation at Trevino Funeral Home – 226 Cupples Road 78237 – will be limited to only 100 guests in the building.
Family will be receiving friends on Thursday, October 14 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. On Friday, October 15, a Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 AM in the chapel, and the burial will follow at San Fernando Cemetery III – 1735 Cupples Road 78226.
